Our "girls only" May/June sessions will begin May 23rd:
Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Time: 7:15pm
Dates: May 23, 26 & 30 & June 2, 6, 9, 13, 16, 20 & 23
Equipment needed: Exercise Mat, Stability Ball, 5# Dumbbells
