I've been photographing weddings for 11 years now, starting in high school when I was an photographer's assistant. When my mentor retired I started my own business in 2004, and moved to the Fargo area in 2008 ... so I've basically started my business twice, lol!
I LOVE Fargo, the wonderful mix of urban and rural possibilities here is unique. Rustic Oaks has been such a joy to work with! They are very organized (they have to be - often doing 3 weddings in a row on weekends!) and have a great welcoming atmosphere. The property has so many backdrops, it's easy to get a different look just turning around, which means the wedding day is a breeze from a photography standpoint!"
